Parent – Teacher Association

(Constituted as per the directives of Government)


  • To raise funds to help the institution provide extra resources for the children by bringing together parents and teachers and working towards a common goal.
  • To run social events for parents and children; providing an opportunity for people to get to know each other.
  • To encourage parents to become more involved with the polytechnic and to develop strong links between home and institution.
  • To provide support for institutional events and other special occasions.

PEOs - Computer Engineering

  • PEO-1: Excel in professional career and / or higher education by acquiring knowledge in the area of Computer Science and Engineering.
  • PEO-2: Prepare to be employed in IT industries and be engaged in learning, understanding, and applying new ideas.
  • PEO-3: Able to design and evaluate appropriate systems to provide solutions in Computer related field that are technically sound, economically feasible and socially acceptable.
  • PEO-4: Mould responsible computer Engineers with professionalism, ethical attitudes, communication skills, self-learning and team work in their profession.

Program Outcomes (POs)

  • Basic knowledge: An ability to apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and engineering to solve the engineering problems.
  • Discipline knowledge: An ability to apply discipline - specific knowledge to solve core and/or applied engineering problems.
